Is my mobo dead?

So It turns on and stays on with cup fan still running and everything but it will not post. Just sits running. I'm using a ASUS z170 pro gaming mobo.

I am plugged into on board graphics that's the first thing I did. I tried swapping around the ram with two sticks one at a time still no luck.
