My wireless game controller do not connect HELP

I bought a new chinese game controller 'Connect XL'  model 'cxl-wg500' and i didn't get any manuals in box. I don't know how to connect. My computers dont install a software at all. HELP PLEASE

It appears your controller only has support for Windows XP, Vista and win 7

I'm thinking you require some type of wireless receiver for your controller to connect.

i have it, it is in a computer. and indicates red light normally

I have the same controller and I have some issues. I was trying to play GTAV with it and when calibrating the controller all the buttons work except 2 analogue sticks. 

(I know the thread is 5 years old, but its the only one that shows up on google search.)
