dont watercool if your budget is so small

unless you enjoy having crappy chinese parts leak and kill your PC

just get a decent air cooler, it will perform better and be cheaper, and most importantly, not kill your PC

So I have always wanted to get into water cooling, but it is so expensive. So i thought why not get some cheaper parts? Will this water cooling setup beat a 212 or not?

I have the first water block you linked, its surprisingly really good. Just beware with that radiator, its aluminum so there is a higher chance of your loop getting nasty from mixing metals, and if its anything like my eBay radiator then it won't come with screws nor threads that are the same size.
