what's the cheapest processor you can buy and run Windows 10 on?

I believe it runs on cpus that are old enough to be $10 or less now.

I've seen a few for 5. I think a better question would be "whats the cheapest CPU that can run windows 10 well enough to provide at least an "ok" user experience."

A guy I know managed to get it running on a Pentium 4 HT at 3.0GHz so anything should do but it depends more on how well you want it to run! Athlon 5350 APU and the AM1 socket boards should do! :D (maybe even some gaming) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113364
