So basically my CPU cooler uses this http://www.amazon.com/AVC-0-50a-4-Wire-80x25mm-DL08025R12U-PS14/dp/B00I4A9U6I Which sounds like a jet engine.

Was wondering if this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00261LB5Y/?tag=pcpapi-20 Would work and wondering how much better would it be in terms of quietness and temperatures?

I know exactly what I can get, I could simply go to Amazon and order a BeQuiet! Pure Rock though what is the point? None, especially since I need around $250 to upgrade my PC.

I don't think I can do that with this mobo.. It is one of those crappy stock HP ones, Plus I have a different fan right no hooked straight up to molex ( lol molex ) which has this fanrunning at 100%, even though it is quieter then the one I originally linked I would like one that is a bit better. I can still slightly hear it but no where near as bad as that AVC one.
