KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FALIURE. HELP?!

Go to solution Solved by JBIZZL3Y,

thanks for the input.. managed to get it solved touch wood.. got a windows update and used ccleaner to fix any registry issues and completely remove the offending applications then re-installed them from scratch and everything seems to be running normally!

Okay so I keep getting his blue screen and the error message: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FALIURE

Oddly however it only seems to happen when I open any Adobe applications. (Photoshop, after effects and premiere)

I'm running Windows 10 and got a Windows update early this morning everything was working normally until this update and I've ran a malwarebytes scan and it found nothing.

Everything else seems fine I've booted up steam and ran around in a few games for 10 minutes and nothing goes wrong and surfing the Internet etc doesn't seem to cause any issues?

Any help would be great!

Cheers

it is installed and what will this do to help?

Nothing, from conventional logic.

well you are wrong

adobe reader reads code better than windows reader

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"

...but how can this be relevant to other Adobe applications that won't be using PDFs (or at least probably won't)?

well it is still useful for reading pdfs that can help the computer and instead of using windows built in one windows built in one is bad

Just reinstalled premiere and after about 2-3 minutes i got the same error message and blue screen.... any ideas here? maybe the windows update I got has somehow caused the issue? is there a way for me to roll it back and re download it? maybe i've got a corrupt or incomplete update?

geforce is saying the gpu is all up-to-date also...

any help would be great as i don't really know whats gone wrong and could really do with it all working!!!!!

Just tried reverting back to a saved reset point in windows from the 7th (before the update) and am still having the issue..

if i'm honest i don't know if the reset point will have actually removed the windows updates or just any programs i might have installed from that point to now, but as i uninstalled all of the adobe programs this evening and then reset to the 7th windows now seems to think the adobe programs are installed even though they are not so i think i've created a directory issue?

do i need something like CCleaner to remove adobe completely?

Again any help here would be great as i'm pretty much completely lost and hopeless now. We're going away tomorrow and wont be home for some time and was relying on the laptop for quite a few things on our trip and i don't think ill be able to get in touch with dell whilst im away if i need technical/hardware support i cant imagine them coming out.

did speak to them earlier and the only advice I could get was to uninstall the adobe programs and try re-installing. failing that they said i might have to re-install windows (i have an 8.1 usb) and then re-update to windows 10 and go from there.....

Thanks for reading my block of text.. hoping someone here can help!!

Cheers

Okay so been In touch with dell support and they can't seem to find a reason for the issue and are advising me to re-install Windows and start from scratch.. Will this resolve any software issues and then I'll have to re-update to Windows 10 and download any other software etc etc?
