Looking to upgrade my CPU, any suggestions?

Hey buckos, I've come across some money recently from selling my body. my current build uses a 2 year old X4 760K along with a R9 380X I purchased a month ago. I've ran past a few issues because of bottle necking and the fact that I'm using an AMD processor. I've taken the liberty of applying a budget of $150 and Im currently looking at an i3 6100, but I'm sure that there are some older generation Intel cpus. I've never tried intel, and 90% of all of you do in fact use the latest skylake i8 7560kk. Here's my full build if you need it. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Gameboymania/saved/7mNCmG. Go for a used 2700k/3700k with a z77 mobo.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

I think you should upgrade to 4th gen i5 or xeon like e3 1231 v3 if you can, and get h97 or equivalent
