I need a case with dimensions 12in x 6in and shorter then 15 in that fits a micro atk board

I dunno the dimensions, but the Fractal  Node 304 looks pretty slick (hah, ltt pun) and might suit your needs. you can look up the specs on Fractals website. Although there are some smaller cases out there, they don't sound fun to build in.

the node is 10x8x14 it may work

I don't think that's possible mate... I think you're either looking at mini ITX or some old dell optiplex cases such as the optiplex 755, 950, or something along those lines. 

and, just curious; but why?

I see. well, the only M-ATX I can think of then is som optiplex cases, but finding a psu for that is a pain in the ass. epecially if ye want to throw a gaming gpu in there

if you have a drill.. you can drill out the rivets in the Hadron Air and put an matx board in... if you're into that... I dont think you can get much smaller than that
