Virus,Mouse?HELP[URGENT]

Well that my friends is an OS problem

My Rig:

Monitors - 3 x Acer Nitro 23.8" 1080p 75Hz IPS 1ms Freesync Panels = AMD Eyefinity @ 75Hz

Restart your PC.

 

Someone already suggested this... unplug and replug your mouse.

 

This happened to me just a week or two ago.

You can try to make another user account, and from there run another virus scanner like malware-bytes, and check the startup folder yourself.

If you know how to run safe-mode u probably know how to get to the Command prompt. There use command net user add {Username} {Password}.
