If your mb beeper is connectet listen to the beeps. If it beeps once after boot then your sistem did start and you can try cables. If it gives series of beeps or no beep it means an error. You can check error codes in google. If it beeps once try the integrated graphics. If there is an error remove the vga cards and ram and try with 1 stick of ram and intergrated video. If it boots add another stick, and another after that add 1 video and so on. This way you can find the problem. If it doesnt start with one ram stick and integrated vid go to the mobo support page and check the compability of the cpu and ram (Some mobos need bios update before they can support certain cpu models.)

Just found free time to check your mobo documentation. So yep its RAM. If it doesnt run with 1 stick, put all of them in and there is a MEM OK button next to the LED diag. When you press it the mobo should check the ram and set itself up with compatible configuration (Nice function.)
