Background: Have an HP wireless all in one. It’s a pain in the rear. Sometimes it won’t print as it will lose network connectivity even though its next to the router. Scanning is a pain wirelessly. Cost of ink can get up there.

I have considered a laser printer. Today I saw a Samsung Laser printer that claimed 1200 pages on a toner cartridge. I kind of like that, as I am a student. During the semester I can print a lot, depending on my classes. I take mostly online courses; I do have 1 class the college this semester. However, they bitch if you print too much off their printers. I mean Im only paying $1,200 a class, I guess that doesn’t pay for printing?

I have one concern with laser printers. The power draw. My mom and me are on the same circuit. Which my gaming rig, TV, her TV, my PC speakers, PS3, and we both have window air conditioners, for the summer. Do you think I will be ok?

My budget: $0-$150 could swing more If I need to

Must have: Scanning, Printing

Optional: WiFi, Color, I would like an auto document feeder, as there has been many times Ive had to scan multiple documents and make copies

Only issue Is I tend to stick to online classes. So Im not always at the college. Plus me my sister share a parking pass, so if she is their I can go and park. On top of that fact Im going to school in the summer and its purely an online class.

Oh an when I mean the printers are slow to print at school I mean it, it takes forever for them to print a job off. Thats not counting at the pray Harold building it takes 15 fing minuets to even log on to a computer to print.
