Elgato HD60 Pro

I bought Elgato HD60 Pro recently off amazon.
I received it 2 days ago, and i had HUGE audio issues. I finnaly managed to fix them with Voice meeter.

now the other problem is when i try to stream, my CS:GO drops to 30 frames or even less! I'm using a single pc.

 

GPU - HDMI - Elgato (IN)

Elgato (OUT) - HDMI - Monitor

 

And when i record 1080p60fps i have no frame drops, and quality is bad. Not even clear.
