I'am planning to buy a new case fan and a new CPU cooler. In the first case I was planning to take a Noctua NF-F12 fan for the front of the case but these fans have a really large surface for good preasure. But I was thinking: do you really need a compression fan in the front of your case that is going to push air into your case? And I don't have any ideas for the CPU cooler, do I also need to go for noctua or be quiet or something from another brand?

I have at this moment 2 fans from my graphics card and the stock intel fan. My power supply fan is facing downwards.

My budget is around 80 euro (85.90 US dollar). No, I'am not completly satisfied with my cooling now because I want to let my PC run 24/7 and that means it is in need to be very silent.

Have you identified the loud components in the system?
