Help with Afterburner and Rivatuner

Hey guys, i recently installed MSI afterburner and RivaTuner onto my PC and i've encountered a couple problems. Firstly afterburner doesnt show the voltage drawn by my graphics card, its not too much of a problem but if there's a fix i'd like to sort it. Secondly when using RivaTuner to show in game stats my screen gets the funky banner down the left hand side, it sometimes flashes all sorts of colours and other times stays blank (picture included) its kinda irritating whilst in game however i do want to use RivaTuner so show stats, any thoughts? I've unistalled and reinstalled a few times but the problem still persists.
