Cpus similar equivalent

Hi,

So I missed out on a deal on ebay for a e3 1231 v3 to make a server build. Now I need another or similar cpu to the 1231 v3 to complete my build. What cpus are similar equivalent to the e3 1231v3?

Thanks

Whole Build, for Cpu up to 300 but the more i spend on the cpu the less budget I have for other things such as the memory. So I wont quite be able to get the more higher end other stuff if more money is spent on the cpu. I dont know how to explain it, hope you get what I mean.

Not on ebay currently, neither is there a second hand one on amazon. Kinda difficult to find used things around in germany other than in ebay or amazon. Most of the things are sold as new/fresh.

Though there is a e3 1225v3 right now on ther but dont know if it lives up to the 1231v3.

Edit: Also a e3-1245v 2

hmmm, never had the hands on experience with a those cpus so im not sure about realworld performance (although the 1245 v2 is alot worse than both the other perf/dollar). so the e3 1225 is around 10 percent worse than the e3 and cost more?
