650D with 360mm Radiator

This guy from overclock.net did it for his 650D. I can see he cut a aluminum sheet into two and placed it on both sides and i guess used that substance "JB Weld". I was wondering whats a good way for me to mod my 650D to fit a 360mm grill. I will be using the same grill from phobya. He didn't show much pictures and how to apply the substance and I'm extremely new at this stuff. I bought the 650D like 2 months ago and figured i would never watercool but now i really want to. Any suggestions on how would be appreciated. Btw i don't have hardware tools. You think i can go to Lowes for them to cut me sheets i want configured? :P Don't know where else to get help. Nobody in my family has hardware tools.
