Usb 3.0 Cant be unplug

Hi guys how come i can't take out the usb plug from my motherboard for front panel? It seem it doesn't have anything? I'm just lost xD

pull harder there is no latching mechanism

 

many people screw up this header so be careful

 

try to secure the motherboard plastic housing while you tug it or maybe try to pry it up with a flat blade, just be very careful ok
