Best game for under $5

I have $5 on my steam wallet and I was wondering in what to spend them. I was looking at TES5:skyrim or fallout 3. What do you guys think?

My opinion is either Fallout 3 or Skyrim but every person has it's preferences. Get Skyrim if you like magic, magical creatures, and medieval times. Pick Fallout 3 if you like 50's and 60's music, post apocalyptic atmosphere, guns. :) I myself couldn't decide so I got both hehe
