Cant save games!

Any time i try to save a game i get errors saying (Failed to save your settings. Acces to the path 'C: /Users/Zach/Documents/Mygames/Borderlands The Pre-sequel/WilowGame/Config' is denied.) as an example. i think this is a result of me messing around with poweriso, Any ideas?

That worked but i shouldnt have to run as administrator any time i want to play a game
