Is XFX good?

Both are great.  I've had three of their graphics cards, one which needed an RMA and they were quick and easy to deal with.

People complain about every company's customer service.  XFX are good and are generally quick to reply.

XFX is a smaller company, but their support is some of the fastest I've ever seen.

Solid all round. A friend got his card exchanged within 2 days for heat issues.
