Looking for GTA V crew

Hello, im trying to find a good crew to join into in GTA V online play.  anyone have any clue where i can find such a crew? that usually does heists and other missions? 

My IGN is 007agentHP (and so is my steam, the one with 2 battle axes)

im at level 30

the key thing im good at is flying, i can fly a plane in game very well. 

ive spent almost 300 hours in single player  training flying ability and almost 60 hours in online

im a good driver. not the best, but i can get the job done in a pinch

i try my best in a firefight but guns arent my strong point i generally rely on special carbine for distance and heavy shotgun for close range, with homing launcher on foot for cars or sticky bombs in car. i have made it to the "series" heist.

 

is there any crew on ltt looking for members or can anyone get me a connection to join one?

 

tl;dr: im a great pilot and a good driver looking for a GTA 5 Crew to pull heists with. as you can see by my hours, im dedicated to the game and play it every day.  i prefer to do things by the chat, but can do teamspeak/skype if neccesary

you probably can, i only have 359 hours into the game and want to sink more. i generally do but school has been holding me from it.  but i still find time to sink in at least 2 hours a day.

in other games like minecraft, where i have probably more than 20 x GTA, my PVP is godlike. so i can really improve over time

once again, your probably the better pilot. i desperately want to sink more hours into the game but school. i generally at least 2 hours a day, minimum 4 days a week.  average is like 3 -4 hours 6 days a week

Lvl 124, 1 Apartment, 2 Garages. 26 cars. Soon to be 30 when I get more time in. Plan to get a mansion then a 8 million dollar Yacht. I've got a ton of Pegasus vehicles. I'm a very good pilot and half way decent driver, a lot better on a motorcycle. Above Average sniper.

I have a small crew that I just put together. It's currently just me, myself and I. I have a few personal friends that will be joining once they finally get the game downloaded.

I'm required to give you this pich though to make sure that you are prepaired should you choose to join. It takes a special kind of player to join the Sloppy Terminators. You need to excell at killing not only yorself, but your fellow crew mwlembers in the process. We admire creativity, anyone can kill themselves with an RPG, but only the most skilled players can kill their fellow crew members by driving off a cliff in a tank and landing on their car while they are trying to escape the cops.
