Hi all. My 212 evo is great and I enjoy it, but it is a bit loud under load. I'm thinking of grabbing a fan(s) that is quieter, and better. Would a single REALLY good fan benefit my temps at all and also would push/pull fans help any more? Also I need fan suggestions, try to keep it under $35 if you can.

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz - Cooling: NZXT Kraken X61 - Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X SLI - RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares 2400mhz - GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4G - Case: Phanteks P350X - PSU: EVGA 750GQ - Storage: WD Black 1TB - Fans: 2x Noctua NF-P14s (Push) / 2x Corsair AF140 (Pull) / 3x Corsair AF120 (Exhaust) - Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red - Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.

EK Vardar or Noctua NF-F12.  Noctua is slightly better.  Both are $20 on Amazon.  You only need 1 fan.  2 fans aren't worth it on such a small heatsink.

are the Be Quiet Pure Wings 2? They are a great price and they seem to be overall solid.

There are few fans that would make much a significant difference in temps.

PW2's are good. A more rounded upgrade from the stock BladeMaster would be a Hyperborea: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-case-fan-rocf11004

Either a NF-S12B or NF-S12A would be of the quietest options.

Noctuas and BeQuiet! fans are scattered in noise levels and PW2's aren't exactly the quietest from the group of either brand.
