Z170 CPU heatsink question

MusicMayne

I know Noctua D15 is compatible with the 1151 socket (Z170 board) but am I risking the cpu?

Anyone else using heavy heatsinks w/ their Z170 build?

Noctua D14/15

be quiet

etc

the bending thing you heard about is just a shipping issue, but honestly, anyone who ships a tower cooler unsupported is an IDIOT.

That's not the problem, it's regarding some coolers bending Skylake CPUs.
