Computer shutdown during mid windows 10 fresh install

I was 66% of the way into re-installing windows 10 (I already has windows 10 I just wanted to start fresh again) aannddd it shut down due to CPU overheating. I am currently on a mac trying to figure this stuff out. I have tried downloading windows 10 ISO file onto a USB device then going into my BIOS and boot from the USB but I just get an error message and it's not detecting it. please help :(

Redo the USB on another computer.

Reset CMOS and restart everything from scratch.

How do I restart the CMOS?

don't bother replying to that, Ill just google it haha
