Issues:

During the booting process the motherboard is throwing debug codes, 63, 71, b2, and c9. It continually hangs up on A2 also. Occasionally it lets me completely boot my pc after going through a system restore process. I have tried resetting the CMOS by re-seating the battery. I have tried using multiple different RAM modules in the 1& 2 slots. I have tried power cycles. When the boot up process fails, the system just shuts down. The best theory I have is that the motherboard is faulty, however, I am truly clueless. Please help.

A2 usually means hard drive detection error. Are you sure your dives are connected correctly / in working condition?

Remove all the drives and create a bootable ubuntu live CD and see if your computer can boot every time with just that connected (no drives).
