It looks pretty good. I would change the PSU to something from SeaSonic, XFX, or EVGA.

Sorry for putting a lot of new topics about this, but this is the build I have come up with with some help http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wKTRD3 is there anything I should change and why.

Looks decent, though I would recommend getting a 2x4gb kit of ram, I know they cost a little more but will give you double the performance, literally. And yeah, change the psu to an Xfx, seasonic, or evga. If you have a little more money you could get a better case like the 200 r or fractal design define s. Also, I noticed you are getting a z170 board and cooler on a locked CPU. Are you planning on doing that new locked CPU skylake overclocking? :)

EDIT:Also get the WD Caviar Blue hdd instead of the Seagate barracuda, it has better quality.

Includes a much larger SSD, might wanna get a bit nicer power supply though with the extra room in the budget

Awesome! I hope that Intel won't be a party pooper and ruin the whole thing they did with overclocking on h97 boards with Haswell... But definitely seems like an awesome thing! Heard some people reach around 4.2 ghz with the 6500 so hope you can too!

EDIT:I would really recommend getting a 2x4 go kit though.... For only around 7 bucks more I picked one up that also has about a 15% higher frequency... In all will literally give you 230% better performance in the ram department. I do like the psu you chose though. It would be better to pay around 30-40 bucks more for a better one but you are on a tight budget.... Also changed the hdd, though for most people it really just comes down to preference, if you rather go with the barracuda it is completely up to you. I would really stay with this ram. Just wanted to point that out!
