just changed my fans and started up my pc and my gpu stop working and i think its dead its a evga 780 classified. i think its out of warranty.

Double check you haven't nudged any wires out of place.

How did you connect the fans? And what fans are they? If you used a fan splitter and crammed 4 fans into it, you might have blown your mobo.

Check to see if its out of warranty or even the slightest bit of power cable out of the port. If its not out of warranty RMA it. If the cable was out its dead. For future reference we just need to know whats inside the case, not your keyboard mouse and mic.
