You can try 3DMark for GPU benching too and a little bit of CPU benching.

It has a whole lot of benchmarks, including the popular Fire Strike benchmark (which you probably have seen if you watched the Scrapyard Wars series)

 

The Steam demo is good enough for the benchmarking, but if you want to buy it: it's now 80% off
