You might need to download drivers from another PC and put it on a USB to install on your new rig.

Do you have another PC to use? What motherboard did you choose for your build?

Install that LAN driver to your new PC using another PC. After doing that, you should be good to install the rest of the software on the new PC - W10 will probably detect most of the stuff you need.

I just plugged in my usb and it came up with windows

Wait, why can't you get into your bios? And how'd you install windows 10 without that? 

W10 may be bypassing the splash screen now.

Format it and use that to store your LAN driver.

Your bios button is either the delete or F1 button. Once you power on you computer, spam either button to get into the bios. If you can't access the internet, then you may need to update the motherboard drivers via the disc that came with your motherboard. They are not the latest drivers, however, so make sure you install the latest drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website.
