what CPU should i get ?

For video editing mainly and not much gaming, I would suggest a Xeon CPU instead of an Intel Core series CPU. For that price range I would recommend a E5-1650-v3, with 6 Hyper thredable cores at 3.5GHz

Intel Core i7-5820K 3.5GHz 6 cores $374.99

Intel Core i7-5930K  3.3GHz 6 cores $554.99 

only problem is cooling they both put off a lot of heat

agreed 5820k only has 200 mhz difference  for around 200 less
