Work on the MSI 970 GAMING Motherboard with 2 sticks of G-Skill Ares 2133Mhz RAM?

i think it just clips onto the ram so it should work

also, ram cooling is basically unnecesary as long as they have any heat spreader at all

With your specs, and mostly in general, RAM coolers are like 100% useless.

 

More noise, power draw, and room for error.
