Hi there. I am planning a gaming build and need a psu recommendation. I will list the power hungry parts.

CPU: i5 4690k

GPU: msi r9 390

CPU cooler Corsair hyper 212 evo

I will be overclocking the CPU and GPU as hard as I can. What wattage PSU do I need and do you have any decent Cheap recommendations?

Thanks in advance

A decent 600w would be plenty. If you would like a specific recommendation, state where you're shopping/located and your budget.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

I'd recommend a Corsair AX 760. Reliable, stable, modular, and it has headroom for potential upgrades in the future. (I know by experience that it can tackle to-way 980 SLI with an overclocked i7 4790K)

Way too expensive. There are tons of other, better choices. EVGA G2/GS/GQ/B2, any XFX or Seasonic. Not only they're going to be cheaper, but they're going to be more than enough and they're quality units as well

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

I didn't take any budget into consideration, and I was just talking from personal experience (PSUs from Evga and SFX are hard to come by where I live).

Quote me in replies so I see them.
