Deepcool RGB Not Working

Hi i just bought the deepcool rgb lighting kit and when i hooked it up it just flashed quickly and then would not turn on i dont know whats wrong if anyone has had this problem or knows anything about this let me know thanks.

For the LED's make sure the controller is plugged in and the remote has power, one thing to note is the 4 pin connections to the RGB strips are not keyed so you need to make sure they are oriented the correct way.

it didn't work everything is plugged into the right place it keeps blinking and then going off

That's odd, are you pointing the remote directly into the IR receiver it needs line of sight, if everything is hooked up correct it may be the controller is faulty.

Yeah it sounds like possibly a faulty controller if the connections are good and getting the proper 12V input, see if you can RMA or return it.
