Best CPU for 150-200$

Hi this is my first time here and I'm going to build a pc. I'm currently struggling in choosing my cpu. Right now I'm choosing between i5 4460,amd 8350,and i5 4690k and I want to know the best bang for my buck since my pc build will be a 500-700 budget build.Thanks for your help

4460 all the way :)

(for a few bucks more you can get a 4590, about the same price per performance)

I would say a 4590 if you catch it on sale but without a sale probably the 4460 would be your best bet

If this is going to be full PC, then you should have hopped into the "new builds" section, not CPU.

 

But anyway, what do you want to accomplish with this machine?
