Extreme Budget GPU?

I'm building a PC that will be used almost entirely for 720p gaming, and I need help finding a good graphics card that will suit my needs. I have a budget of around $150, but this could be changed since I know that you spend more to save more. Ideally, I'd like to have a graphics card that would offer upgradibility/expandibility. The size doesn't matter, I just need help finding something with a good price that will suit my gaming needs. Thanks in advance!

R9 380 is the best value and costs around 160$

Used 7950. Same or better then GTX760 with 3gb of Vram and I got mine for $80

This is what I was thinking at first too, but then I figured on 720p you're going to be wanting to run a crapton of AA, and a 750 Ti probably isn't up to that.

i have a 750ti sc and i could play some games at 4k... low settings but still playable. Look on Craigslist in your area for used video cards
