Can you run FurMark? http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

If it keeps crashing, then its most likely a bad GPU and you'll need to RMA it.

 

 

But before you RMA, try to repair install Windows to rule out an issue with the upgrade from WIndows 8.1 to Windows 10: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

Thanks for your quick reply dude. I am reinstalling win 8.1 now to rule out software issues.
