Ask me if you have any questions?

Mine and yours are similar, just a change in brand for GPU and a difference case + PSU xD I also saved some money on not getting another HDD as he won't really need it for gaming and recording, will he?

I didn't notice you posted.

WD Black gonna do nothing. He can play games off of SSDs. WD Greens or WD Blue are good choices for storage. WD Black is waste of money.

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

I have one, I'd rather have had something else but I've got that now, and to be honest. I don't use my SSD for games since I heard there's not a big difference from reading a game between the two. Personally the HDD is fast enough so I'll stick with that and only use my SSD for windows and other programs e.g. Photoshop, Cinema 4D etc

But then again I only have a 500GB SSD so it'd fill up rather quick with today's games.

Try a game loaded in SSD. It's much faster.

I am going to be gaming on this computer. I will also be using this to record game play with a capture that i will be using to make videos when i play my xbox one and people have always told me that asus is the best motherboard.

ok, but then that DEFENITELY doesn't merit such a top-shelf motherboard. You should've just stuck to haswell, the Mobo won't make a difference in your situation.
