My First Build aka "SuperTrooper" (black and white, in-progress). Hi Linus! :)

ExtraAttacker

Hello Everyone and Linus (if you manage to see this)

This is my first ever PC build, its not quite finished I still need some important parts but unfortunately they are the most expensive the RAM, Processor and Graphics Card. But here is what I have so far

"SuperTrooper"

Case

Cooler Master MasterCase Pro5

This case is so easy to work with, easy to mod and looks awesome

Motherboard

MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition

Its Black and White other than that its x99!

Power Supply

EVGA 850 G2

More than enough power, fully modular, 80 Plus Gold

Cables

CableMod G2/P2 E-Series Black and White

Sexiest cables out there

CPU Cooling

Corsair H110i GTX

Big... BIG rad!

Case Fans

6- Noctua NF-A14 IndustrialPPC-2000 PWM

Please excuse the brown vibration pads, I will be installing the NA-SAVP1 chromax.white pads once they are available (Linus, can you hook a brother up?!?!)

Storage

Western Digital 2TB Black

Western Digital 1TB Blue

Crucial MX200 SSD 250GB

Got a great deal on these the only real reason why they are in there

Lights

2- Phobya 30cm White LED

2- Phobya 30cm UV LED

I'm still deciding what I should go with white lighting or UV, any suggestions?

Four Pin Power Hub

Silverstone CPF04 1-TO-8 PWM Fan Hub

Don't get this thinking that Four Pin PWM fans (the Nocta fans don't like to run through this) will work with this, they don't, I use it for the Phobya LED's

RAM

Kingston HyperX Fury 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 2666

Right price- I did want Corsair Dominator RAM.... actually I STILL want Corsair Dominator RAM

GPU

I went with the MSI GTX 970 with the 4GB of GDDR5

It was Black and White and the price was in my range, probably will add another in the future. Sorry ToniBamboni, I couldn't pass up on this one

I used White PlastiDip on the cable management Grommets, that was a chore and a half, also some Matte white spray paint to do the Corsair H110i GTX and 2.5" drive bays. I used a couple Noctua Y-Splitters as well, one set for the top fans and one set for the white LEDs.

I have added some Pictures Below for your viewing pleasure.

Lol, guys, I said I have yet to get the Ram, CPU and the Graphics Card. And the Water cooler is just mounted there with a couple of the screws just to show it off, there is no CPU under there.. yet...

That is a freakin sexy card!!! Just watched Luke do a Product review on it on LTT

Use the front as intake, top and rear as exhaust

Yeah I thought of that... I may switch it around. I wanted to be able to clean the rad without removing the fans all the time.
