Im having problem with my pc Audio

the problem happen after i reinstall my nvidia driver..i didnt think that cause the problem..The messenge that i received"No Audio Output Device Is Installed" I been using my pc so long and i work fine..I have done anything to fix it..uninstall it and reinstall it...disable and enable..uninstall and download the audio driver from manufacturer..can anyone help me..Sorry my english was so bad
