Windows can't running normally

I can't run my windows normally only can run safe mode sometime.Safe mode also need about 30 minutes to starting complete. I scan my PC with any types of antivirus.All also said no virus detect. All BIOS also running normally CMOS battery changed last 6 months

How old is the system? Desktop or Laptop? Hard drive or SSD? What OS?
