My budget is MAX. 800€ keep in mind that here in the netherlands components are way more expensive for example: a gtx 970 is 360€ so its too much for my budget, the mobo is 112€

Nope i have that, but also is that psu allot better because i would like one that is atleats semi modulair especially in an mini itx :D
