Is this cooler good enough?

Hey all, needed a cooler to fit my server board and I stumbled upon these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0157IKUUO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

The X5660 is pretty hot, so I'm not too sure. It says it is a "vapor chamber" but it sounds like a marketing gimmick.

I bought two 92mm fans to put on here, what do you guys think? Thanks :)

Had the correct mounting :) should I bother to put on the fans then?

One fan pushing down should do if you have temp issues. Two would just mess each other.

95w CPU on a 130w cooler. I don't see why it wouldn't work.

 

Oh man is this thing garbage... One of my xeons was pushing 90 C whilst idling. Hoping the fan will help but I have my doubts :(

wtf 2 cores active downclocked to 1.6 GHz and they are almost overheating again while idling... ugh

no, but it's still silly speaking how well ventilated my case is. Especially because I'm upgrading to 130W TDP chips I got a refund and I'm ordering some nice Noctua coolers :)
