Lines on screen then crashes

Hey guys.. ive noticed this thing happening to me most of the time ..it happens during :

CSGO

BF3
Facebook on Firefox
And sometimes on random games

It gets annoying because all of a sudden it just goes off and this screen comes on ( pic below )then you can continue hearing the sounds of the game then suddenly it just stops and hangs..and ive to restart my comp.. Any help is greatly apprectiated ..

Win 7 Home P
AMD Phenom II x2 555
Corsair XMP 2GB ddr3 x2
Corsair XMP 4GB ddr3 x2
Asus m4a87td V EVO
ATI Radeon Hd 5670
Some random brand 430w power


I have tried many thing nothing happend so I came here for help

is the GPU OCed?

 

reset back to normal clocks

 

update your GPU drivers

 

also confirm what PSU you got

Maybe your PSU is not good enough for your setup

I'd check your PSU and then if that doesn't solve the issue, you're graphics card has failed. Ballpark for a good 600W if you can.

My GPU runs fine but my CPU spikes A LOT when I am only watching Youtube. I have a case with no side panels and my PSU name is :Green GP430A. I have never OCing my GPU my drivers are updated.

update the GPU driver first and also disable Flash Hardware acceleration

 

if that dont work

 

swap out the PSU
