Which one is a better option ?

Or

for $43 USD

Both XFX units are better, I'd get the cheaper of the two.

what is the rest of your setup?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
