What cooler do you have?

 

Also you should be able to easily set the voltage to 1.3v and then set the multiplier to 46 for a stable 4.6Ghz.

stock im not sure but 1.35 V max with a  good cooler, 1.3 without

The real safe zone for Hasewell Refresh CPU's is 1.3v

Then you're all good, set the voltage to 1.3v and the multiplier to 46 and then stress test to make sure it's stable.

Stock voltage is set at auto. 

You're geenrally fine up until 1.45v but most people stay below 1.4v

I have a deep cool gammaxx 400. It won't affect anything right?

Everyone forgets that your motherboard needs to support higher clock speeds.

 

My motherboard only supports up to 4.4 and thats on red so 4.3

That's not what the red means. Beyond 'red' in the case of the multiplier or core clock means nothing other than a 'manufacturer's recommendation'. 

Pretty much every motherboard has a multiplier limit but it's usually one so high that no cpu would ever hit it and be stable.

They're more implied than actual motherboard recommendations. That's why it's in quotation marks.

When it comes to the core clock, ignore that it goes red.

Mine goes red at 2.3 VCCIN, whereas a friends board goes red at 2V, Mine cant do 1.8V Without crashing now due to me crippling it. These arent rules, merely guidelines. (Innacurate guide lines.)

And stock volts is anywhere from .9V-1.1V Depending on your chip (Mine is exactly 1V!)

Definitely not for core clock, my board allowed 1.67V With no problems when it says to only do around 1.3V I run higher than that 24/7.
