Does it just pop up a random UEFI shell? If so you need to attach a storage device. If not, have you tried spam mashing the del button? Does your keyboard light up (backlighting or NumLock indicators) when your PC boots?

On your motherboard, there are 3 debug lights, CPU, DRAM and GPU, is any of them persistently red?

since you dont follow i will quote and double post so try F11 for bootmenu and if you smash del not in post up but on the error screen than you wont definetly go to bios (so after hitting power button or restart you need to smash it :P i saying it just to be sure :P).
