how do i fix a boot loop with windows 10 ? 

 

Motherboard : asus z87-plus

Cpu : intel i7 4770

uhh try booting into safe mode in windows 10 and running startup repair? That's what I would start with.

i does not show anything on the screen it just restarts after 20_30 sec all the time

Then start by doing what @Patrick Bateman said, clear the CMOS.

not 100 % sure what cmos is but ill try reseat ram first then ill google about cmos

pull out the battery on the mobo for a few seconds, then plug it back in. itll reset all your bios settings, among other things
