Help please CPU and Motherboard changes.

So I am upgrading from my FX 4300 to A10 7850K and a msi FM2+ mobo I have a few questions.

1. Do I need to reinstall windows?

2. Can the A10 7850k run in tandom (or whatever APU+GPU sli/crossfire is) with a R9 270

3. Is the performance gain high between the FX 4300 to the A10 7850K?

  1. Most likely not. But it won't hurt to do a fresh install.
  2. Nope, it can't.
  3. Once again, nope, no benefit at all. At best, the A10 would be a sidegrade.

On the re-installing windows thing it is allways good to do one dependending on when you last did it. I say do a fresh install every 3-4 months,

Will the A10 bottle neck the R9 270? Because right now I get some serious performance hits when my cpu bottlenecks

Didn't you hear me? At max, the A10 is as good as an FX 4300. If the FX already has problems, the A10 will have them as well (if not worse).

wow, that is gonna be very expensive. You dont need to do a fresh install every 3 - 4 months, you need to do one every few years maybe even longer.

You can use the same key over and over. Also keys are like $15 on reddit.

Then what would be a good upgrade I have 200-300 to spend on upgrades I want to allocate more of the budget to the cpu and some cheap good quality motherboard like some itx board.

Do you already have that r9 270?
