PSU Cables

Go to solution Solved by stealth80,

A quick question regarding which cable goes where, and will it cause a power problem. As long as the cable fits correctly, it's the right one for the motherboard, gpu etc?

well by rights yes however.

24 pin = motherboard (may be parted to 20 and 4 pin)

8 pin = motherboard ATX

6/8 pin = GPU (may require 2)

Rest as required aka molex/pcie power cables

4/8 pin marked as CPU or EPS goes to the CPU power cable on the mobo. :P
