Use memory tab. I don't know if any program (outside of motherboard utilities in some cases) read current RAM voltage. Usually, RAM voltage is set by BIOS from JEDEC depending on memory frequency. For example, in your case, all frequencies will use 1.5v except when you load XMP, in that case, BIOS should read and use 1.65v. However, you would be better off using 667MHz on your current RAM (nvm platform, for all), since thatr is true speed of those modules. As you can see, 800MHz is overclocked speed of module and require higher voltage. Difference is not worth overclocking your module.

CPU-Z

Let me preemptively answer your question before you ask, using DDR your memory frequency will be shown as half of what it effectively is.

my ram is rated on box at 1600mhz though = 800mhz in here... so it shouldnt have to be overclocked to run at 800mhz should it?

i dont know how to set ram timings, please help?

In the bios there is a option to set RAM timings and the correct timings can be seen on the side of the RAM. I haven't read through every post on the thread, but have your tried to enable the XMP profile?

no i havent tried to enable the XMP profile, wouldnt that overclock it? im not trying to overclock it, i just want it to run at 1.5v @ 1600mhz

No that wouldn't overclock the RAM. It sets the RAM to the factory speeds and timings.

And you mention like this @stan92. Either do that or quote posts, else I will most likely not see it

It's running 1600Mhz and 1.65v is the default voltage rated for your RAM, I don't see any reason to change it. Its already running at the best possible settings while maintaining stability

ok so at the moment its all stock?

isnt 1.65V overlockcing it? i thought this ram ran at 1.5V...

how long will this ram last aswell?

I don't even know what brand your RAM is. Some kits come at 1.65 stock. Nothing to worry about. Some kits come at things like 1.25v stock. It depends on what stick you're using. The RAM will probably last up to 10 years after you bought it if you run at stock settings
